Welcome to Axon Learning. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, educational programmes, and related services ("Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

3.1 Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts under Singapore law. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and enrollment. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
3.3 Account Security
If provided with account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials without written authorisation.
Record, capture, or transmit live sessions without explicit permission.
Share login credentials or allow others to access programmes using your enrollment.
Use our Services or Content for commercial purposes or resale.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.
Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately towards staff, instructors, or fellow participants.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All Content, curriculum, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to our Services remain the exclusive property of Axon Learning or our licensors.
5.2 Limited Licence
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access programme materials solely for your personal educational use during the programme period.
5.3 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent.
5.4 Participant Content
Any project work, submissions, or content you create during programmes remains your property. By submitting work for assessment or feedback, you grant us permission to review and provide commentary.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Fees
Programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable as specified at the time of enrollment. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and corporate invoicing. Payment plans may be available for selected programmes—details are provided during enrollment.
6.3 Payment Timing
Full payment or agreed first installment is due before programme commencement. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify programme fees. Price changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations made more than 14 days before programme start: Full refund minus SGD 100 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund. No refunds after programme commencement.
7.2 Programme Transfer
Subject to availability, participants may transfer to a later cohort one time per enrollment. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original programme start.
7.3 Cancellation by Axon Learning
If we cancel a programme, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to an alternative cohort at their choice.
7.4 Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Educational Services
Our Services are educational in nature. We do not warrant specific career outcomes, job placements, or business results from programme participation. Individual results depend on many factors beyond our control.
8.2 "As Is" Provision
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
9. Termination
9.1 By Participant
You may withdraw from programmes subject to our refund policy. Website access may be discontinued by ceasing use.
9.2 By Axon Learning
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to make required payments.
9.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access materials ceases. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication with our team.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
10.3 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10.4 Mediation
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through the Singapore Mediation Centre if informal resolution is unsuccessful.
